To the left, darkness the everending struggle to find peace
The right, hope the everlasting struggle to find despair
Two of the same, one over the other yet different
Unable to feel, unable to fear, how one describes the difference
The toss of a coin, only to land on its edge
A blurred memory, time spent laughing, time spent in tears
Darkness fades into light, just so light can burst into darkness
Which is which, a path to follow, one of confusion or one of clearity
Undefined pleasentries, bound together by fate
Standing torn, ripped apart by freedom
Fearing the outcome, only to find it wanting
Measured equal as the scale shifts, left then right
The coin spinns, ever increasing, never slowing
To go left and find nothing, or right and loose everything
Only the choice of unbalanced fate.
