Tis Better...

"Tis better to have loved and lost, then never loved at all"...
Words spoken by someone lacking, through complex simplicity
Through lies, deceit, trust given through spoken word
Knowing the truth, one plays to ones own advantage
Be it fear, chaotic misguidance that leads on

Unable to realize the truth, so simple and currupt
Standing alone, ever confused yet crystal clear
Reaching out, grasping at ones heart, to fall and crumble
Time in and time out, chances given

Forgetful one might be, dishonest and true
A roll of the dice, a flimsy chance
Not wanting the stability of heads, to embrace the chaos that is tails
Tip back the bottle, bury that which falls heads

As spirits flow, tails shines through
A simple kiss, a snuggled embrace
Never to realize the truth, nothing but a childish game
Cannot feel, cannot imagine

Houling winds, rip open the time
A unseen trip, casting its reflection amidst the start
Nothing but pain, residing within ones self
"Tis better to hate and forget, then ever love at all"
